Refund and cancellation policy

Web plans can be cancelled any time and are not refunded. App purchases are refunded by Apple or Google. Last updated 15 Sep 2026 · JupiteX Private Limited.

The short version

Web purchases: no refunds, cancel any time

Plans bought on jupitex.ai are prepaid for a month or a year. Your access starts as soon as payment is confirmed and runs until the end of the period you paid for.

• You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops any future renewal. It does not end your access early.
• We do not refund web purchases, including for a period you have started but not used, or for part of a month or year.
• This is shown before you pay, and by paying you confirm that you have read it.

We will refund a web payment in full in these cases:

• Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same plan and period.
• Access not delivered. Money left your account but your plan was never activated, and we cannot activate it.
• Required by law. Where a refund is required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law, or ordered by a consumer commission or court.

Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails but money is deducted, the bank or payment provider normally reverses it automatically, usually within a few working days under RBI's turnaround rules. If it has not come back, or your plan was not activated, email support@jupitex.ai with the date, amount and the email address on your account, and we will trace it.

Autopay (recurring web payments)

If you choose automatic renewal on the web, you set up a payment mandate with your card, bank or UPI app.

• We send a notice at least 24 hours before each charge, with the amount and date.
• You can cancel the mandate at any time from your JupiteX billing page or from your bank or UPI app. Cancellation stops the next charge; the current period is not refunded.
• Deleting your JupiteX account cancels any active web mandate.

Purchases in the iPhone or iPad app

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are sold and billed by Apple. They renew automatically until you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We cannot cancel or refund them for you.

• To cancel: on your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• To ask for a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refund requests.

Purchases in the Android app

Subscriptions bought in the Android app are sold and billed by Google Play. They renew automatically until you cancel.

• To cancel: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
• To ask for a refund: follow Google Play's refund steps. Google decides refund requests.

Free trials

• On the web, no payment is taken during a trial, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
• In the apps, a store trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel in your store account at least 24 hours before it ends.

Deleting your account

Deleting your JupiteX account ends your access and cancels any web Autopay mandate, but it does not refund a web purchase. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel that in your store account first, or it will keep renewing.

Delivery

JupiteX plans are digital services. Nothing is shipped. Paid features are available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. If they do not appear, contact support@jupitex.ai.

How to raise a billing issue

Email support@jupitex.ai from the address on your account with the date, amount, plan and the payment reference from your receipt. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Time for the money to reach you: usually 5 to 7 business days after we approve it, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you are not satisfied with our response, see Grievance redressal.
