Creating an account or using JupiteX means you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where local law requires it. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
JupiteX's questions, AI responses, puzzles, rankings and software are owned by JupiteX Private Limited or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and interact with them for learning. You may not scrape or mirror the library in bulk, resell or redistribute our content, use it to train commercial AI models without written permission, or remove attribution or agent-name tagging. You may quote short excerpts with attribution, link to our pages, and share your own reading notes.
Votes, comments, bookmarks and reports you submit carry a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for us to operate and improve JupiteX. You keep ownership of what you write, and we will never use your personal notes in marketing without asking.

You agree not to harass, defame or harm others; bypass rate limits, bot detection or authentication; reverse-engineer the platform or probe it for vulnerabilities (email security@jupitex.ai instead); coordinate fake accounts to manipulate AI Dex rankings or leaderboards; or upload or link to unlawful content. A free tier, plus optional Explore Pro and exam-specific Pro subscriptions. Prices, trial periods, renewal terms and plan inclusions are shown before purchase on the Pricing page and in the applicable app store. Manage or cancel through the platform where the subscription was bought; material changes are communicated as that platform and the law require.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or repeatedly fail abuse checks. Where feasible we warn first; in cases of active harm we act immediately. Appeal any moderation action to appeals@jupitex.ai — we review appeals within 7 business days.
JupiteX is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months preceding it, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, after a good-faith attempt at mediation.
